I'll be literally running out of my last 3rd year exam and into a LAN.
If enough people are interested I'll book us a section in apub or something.
Dunno if the server will be built by then, I'm pretty swamped with work at the moment.
If anyone wants to do a little bit of Ex-VATing for me with Komplet and/or some english web-companies it would grease my wheels a bit

My exams start on my bithday, I've another one on the 16th March, Paddy's day off, then another exam on the morning of the 18th.
I won't be doing any partying, will ahve to wait till the LAN, if I can get the BOI theatre, otherwise it'll have to be in one of the rooms in the IT building.

it runs halo on 800x600 and can run CS/BF1942 and the likes

I can give you incredible tips on vital areas such as:

[1] Keeping your mouse steady.
[2] Headshotting people when you can only see their head over a ledge
[3] Throwing a tantrum and cancelling cs tournaments.

I'll put together the tourny, but you and paddy can give a hand "tweaking" the teams after they've been run through the randomiser.
Or we could just do multiple runs of the randomiser and pick the most balanced one, after I've approved it of course (Impartiality is important).
Looking into getting prizes sponsored off Gamesworld/Smyth's at the moment (hoping for maybe a Gamecube or GBA or something for a Duels tourny) for the CS and QW/Q3 compos. Will see.

not everyone has use for a joystick, and people's mouse preferences vary wildly.
Plus, I'd need to procure around 4 or 5 of them for team prizes.
GL6's QW tourny prize proved the above to be right

What if the person doens't have a 1.5V AGP slot? They're fucked
Plus the fact that to get one of those cards I'd either need to suck satan's cock or jack up the price about 2 fold if not more. I'd rather give a nano-ITX or mini-ATX barebones system away instead

ya that will be no problem about your hard drive, just make sure you call in on sunday to collect it
