    Dont 5 of the nums hav to be between 1 and 9, or did i miss a rule change along the way.

    75*(7+7-4) = 750 + (50/2) = 725.

    no you didnt...

    50 * 4 = 200

    100/25 = 4
    (6+4) = 10

    10 -9 = 1

    200 - 1 = 199
