I think Rachel may have difficulty with this one. Unless I am missing something obvious but if you multiply all the numbers together you only get 480. This is the highest number possible so no chance of getting to 591.

Happy for someone to show me what I'm missing

If it's a typo and the 10 is 100, then

100, 4, 3, 2, 2, 1
591

(100x(3x2) = 600
(4x2)+1 = 9
600-9 = 591

I dont think its possible to get to 591, but I was able to get a bit closer than your 480.

10 + 1 = 11

11 * 4 = 44

44 * 3 = 132

132 * 2 = 264
264 * 2 = 528.

So only off by 63
