Hernia's & Paranoia

Just back from the gym, and once again I've spent a weights session worrying about my (former) hernia and whether or not it has/will reoccur.

I felt no pain at all from my hernia when I had it, just found the lump one morning. I had it repaired through keyhole surgery and was prescribed exercises to strengthen the area. Now admiitedly I haven't been the ideal patient, but its been two years since the op and i reckon I shouldn't be worryig about this still.

So I was wondering, how many people have had these? How you had them repaired? What exercises you did to strengthen things up? do you worry about it reoccuring?

this remains and issue for me, thought I'd *bump* to see if anyone who missed it first time had anything to add.
