Can anyone tell me if this is typical for my age group? Should I improve on this or is this good enough to stay fit?

    29.5 Year Male
    Height: 1.79 M
    Mass: 66 Kgs
    Estimated BMI: 22
    BMR: 1687.9 Calories / Day
    Occupation: Computer Analyst Programmer
    Aims: General Fitness
    Methods:
    * Fast Walks, Jogging (Daily) - 30mins-1 Hour when free weekends/holidays
    * Also fast walk to/from work daily (60 mins total)
    * walk for lunch to/from work (30 mins total)

Also, is a BMR of 1687.9 rather low? I mean half a pizza is 400 calories which is rather a lot. I guess from jogging/walking as described burns 250-400 calories per hour. I thought a generally guideline would be 2000-2500 for men with average activity.

I think I added 2000+ kcals (to the bad side) yesterday. :D But thankfully continuous jogging, with fast walking breaks in between, is becoming easier now. The legs muscles are starting to harden up so something is happening. :)
