best route to time house in naas

H i am starting my new job in the AIB in Time House in Naas, in Janurary, and i am trying to sort out travel arangements to get to work each day. whats the best route to get there from Carlow as i am going to be relying on public transport, and if any of ye work there what is the place like to work for.

Public transport isn't all that great between Carlow and Naas (especially if you are working shifts as they run from 8 am to midnight, 7 days a week) in Time House - buses aren't not going to work.

As for a place to work, it's not too bad - spent 6 months there when I was working for the bank covering maternity leave. Don't know if I'd like to stay there long term!
