    anyone know of a good a place to buy weights+bench? off the net or in the limerick area. i am thinking argos is the best place?

    Search buy and sell first. Argos stuff is a bit lightweight. Some of the co's who supply gyms would sell you the benches and weights, just shop around for the best price.

    Would you not join a poncy type of gym like the southill powerlifting club where all the lads like their shandy?! :-)

    Guys in a gym like this are dead on and if you are serious about lifting they'll give you great advice and you will not get anything but stellar growth and results from training in a place with this pedigree!

    i joined a GYM last year but had to give up as it was taking up too much time [3hrs per session getting there ,getting home getting changed ect] dont have much time with college and work so i am going to get a set for the house . the york ones in argos dont look too bad might get them
