Stubbed Toe....

    Just Stubbed my toe Playing Football....Ouch

    And need to Recover Quickly - By Thursday

    Have Ice on It and have been told to keep it elevated.

    Is there anything else I can do to speed up the Healing Process.

    And also what is a Stubbed toe?????

    basically if the pain persists, you need to see a doctor.

    better to be out 4 weeks and recover than think your beckham and play on an injury and be out 8 months, an x-ray, 16 physio sessions and a set of orthotics for fallen arches later.... like me.... lesson learned....:D
