Getting some kind of fitness

    Ok, its my first post on this board so go easy on me!
    Im 21, 6ft 3, 15st 10 . Well built but could do with losing a stone or two. I only noticed my lack of fitness recently after being wrecked after 10 minutes of indoor soccer. What kind of excercies would i need to do to get good fitness again. I dont care about big muscles or any of that lark, just to lose 2 stone which is what i weighed about a year ago. It'd be mostly gym work so can any of you recommend any regimes? I dont mind putting the work in 3 times a week in the gym.
