sagging

I've lost a lot of weight over the last 6-8 months, mainly through working unhealthily long hours and not eating properly. I can't tell you how much because I've been afraid of the scales for quite some time now, but a good 8 inches off the belly at least. The only reason I used to be able to get my belt on was because it went under the belly, not around. I found myself seriously considering getting a bra for my ponderous man-breasts, and wondering if there was anything bigger than XXL.

Now, I can see my feet again. I can get into a pair of 34 inch jeans without passing out. I'm finding muscles long hidden beneath the flab. I've only one chin left and my bitch tits are down to an A-cup. I'm on a diet now. I'm hoping to lose some more weight and maybe even get some exercise if I can ever find the time.

My problem is, when I look in the mirror now, my face is starting to sag. I'm worried that I'll end up looking like a Daschhund. If you lose a lot of weight, does your skin contract too, or do you end up looking like that weird friendly demon in Buffy?

Good to hear that good stuff keep it up.

You have lost so much weight in a small amount of time im sure your body will find shape and not sag when it adjusts.

AFAIK it takes a while for your skin to adapt to your new size - try a post on the Fitness Forum
Skin stretches easily - blow your cheeks - but it' has no muscles so you cant make it firmer - eg: open you mouth and now try to make your cheeks go in or out...

having sagging skin after losing a lot of weight is quite common, so don't be worried. Your skin is elastic, so it will snap back after a while. If you are older, it may take a while, so maybe invest in a body toning lotion.

I remember seeing a photo from the states a while ago of a man who lost a heap of weight very quickly. As a result all his skin was hanging off him, as it hadn't adjusted as quickly as he lost the weight.

    just give it time

    Uggg...
That just conjured up a mental image of man breasts suddenly snapping back and leaving you with a black eye - SMACCKKKKKK

On a serious note - these things probably take a bit of time...
