I bought the promax supplement yesterday, and when i opened it when i went home it was just over half full??!! is this the usual or have i been ripped off?

No you didn't get ripped off. The container is bigger than it needs to be for some reason. 1 kg of the powder only fills around half of the container.

PS I tried promax myself (choclate flavour) and hated it. Too sweet and sickly. I was mixing it in water. Now I used H+B Bodyfortress stuff. Much nicer flavour IMO not as sweet. Not as good as the promax in terms of protein content, still at least I can drink it without puking

I bought other stuff like that in the past, and it too was half full. I think it is like the warning on washing powder - 'contents may settle during transport'. If you want to be sure, weigh it!

it is fairly sweet alright, i mixed it with porridge! yok never do this.
I just drink it back as quick as i can and try not to taste it to much!!!
