    Hi there

Can anyone tell me if the Amino Energise and Amino Or products by Tony Quinn actually work?

You see them advertised all over the place and the guy has been in business for a long time now, but I'm cynical.

    Ta very much.

Uber that was just a link to their website, what was the specific product? Products are a touch pricey nowadays but if Eddie has faith in them they will be on the level.

Amino-Or loses you money, not weight.

The directions, drink lots of water and don't eat for 4 hours before bed are what make you any small gains. The pills themselves may as well be tic tacs.

I agree totally with the above post.....most of the Tony Quinn products are muck.....although mass builder is ok.

Most of his products are already out there, he just relabels them and sells them for a few pound more.

For example, tis well known his protein powder(protein 90 or somethin) is Tropicana

I'D look up the web for advice and maybe go into a decent gym and ask them what to take. Try Hercules or power house....good bodybuilding gyms

3-4 hr weight training sessions? That's ridiculously overtraining. I can hardly move after an extreme 75 min seesion and often only a 45 min session!

Tony Quinn shops are a rip off and the fact that they promote casein as being better absorbing than whey is a joke - the govt should really call their bluff on that one. What's in the amino or - is it orthinine or something?

Sorry didn't come back here for ages. Amino Load. I couldn't link to the product because of the site set up.

I'm a cyclist. So its not high impact. But it is still tiring. A proper winter endurance building spin can last up 6 hrs if you're v.well conditioned. But recovery is vital.
