What machines to focus on?

    I have been going to the gym for the last 4 months and I have noticed big differences in arms , chest shoulders and stomach is better that before. I usually go 4 days a week normally a hour and half .
    Normall routine is treadmill run 3-4 ks just under 20 mins
    Rowing maching 10 minutes
    Then I hit the weights arm chrunch , shoulder press and so on. Normally i dont do leg machines only if my arms are tired and want to take a breather. I can lift well over half on the machines and try and do 10 reps take a minute rest and do it agiain.The thing is I do judo 2 nights a week and I want to lose a stone I am currnetly 6"2 and under 14 stone I want to get into a certain weight catergory but I want to know what machines to focus on do I run more and do less weights?
    I dont know what foods to eat. Normally I get a bap in centra before college brown bread ,chesse ,chicken and potato salad, on the way to college i get a few oranges and then in college i get soup might have a pack of tayto as well. The walk into college is bout 2 k and I walk in and out every day unless its raining.I allways seem hungry as well but I want to lose weight so I try and not focus on it ,

    Dnnt need to focus an area to lose the weight just to lose it but I want to keep the muscle I have allready got any ideas lads?
