According to a former SAS lad anyone can have a six pack provided that they are willing to spend four hours a week doing ab exercises. thats about 40 minutes a day. I'd love a six pack but thats WAY to much time for a cosmetic end.

Sounds iffy to me. What if someone has a big flabby belly - won't that just cover the abs no matter how developed they become. To see the abs he'd have to burn some fat and lose some weight i.e. do cardio work in addition to the ab exercises.

I have a six pack. In fact I've had a six pack for as long as I can remember. Yet I only started doing ab exercises recently. The reason I had a six pack was because I was (and still am to a certain extent) a skinny bastard. I can see my abs simply because I don't have a layer of flab covering them.

In an attempt to improve the six pack further, I've been doing weighted on the floor crunches. Like a normal crunch except I put a dumbell on my chest. I put a cushion on my chest and put a 35 kg dumbell on it. I've noticed some increase in the size of my abs from doing this.
