Ok ... Sorry about the delay. I've been a bit poorly... (awwww). Anyway, yes I've picked Phil as Captain of the Smokers team. I've got to pick from the swarms of people to debate for the Clean Air side ... So, I'm going to choose a team leader for the In Favours and I'll give the teams two weeks to prep. DeV.
