Sauna

When I finished working out I go to the sauna . I was in there the last day and few of the lads put somthing in the water , I dont know what it was but it was likes vics vapor rub and made me sweat all more and breath easily. I liked it and I asked the lads what it was but I forgot what he said to me . So does any one know what this stuff was and where would you get it ?

Ok it could have been a few things. The most likely oils are Eucalyptus or peppermint oil.

It might also have been birch or tar extract oils. But judging from the Vics like smell it's more than likely Eucalyptus.
