Just wondering if any one here goes to a gym in the city? I am looking for somewhere that mainly has free weights ( i want to build muscle).

I have had a quick look in World Gym and Unique physique but i was wondering what these (or other gyms like them) are like for training, atmosphere etc etc,.

    Thanks in advance.

World Gym is a kip and well over priced. Unique has moved to Upr Dominick St and is now called Powerhouse Gym. It's a good place to train and now that the owners have moved to a new premises they can kick out all the assholes from the last place. Basically new gym will be a great place to train, good atmosphere and dbells upto 60kgs which a decent start.
