    hi,

i've lost a few stone over the last year or two (more exercise, healthier diet) and am pretty happy with weight (wouldn't mind losing another half stone!).

main problem is still carrying fat around belly & chest. whats the best way to get rid of these (particularly the chest flab!!)

i find the gym hard to stick to for more than a couple of weeks at a time so i find weights hard to commit to.

    tia

well, loose more fat, as you can't spot reduce fat, you loose it all over the body, at a genetically pre-determined pattern. (correct me if im wrong guys)
Suppose some chest excersises might help firm up your chest. Sure some of the guys here would have some suggestions :)

Yeah .. pretty much. Losing fat is like peeling an onion, it basically comes off in layers. As a general rule, though, guys will tend to still store fat around their belly and perhaps upper thighs. Just keep exercising, keep in mind the importance of diet, and in time you will get where you want :)

Btw, you'd really be surprised how much difference diet can make -- if you really want to drop just body fat now you should go reading, say www.bodychangers.com for instance - all the people that go into amateur competitions are forced to make diet changes to really drop those last pounds of fat.
