I go to the gym regularly and would consider myself quite fit. But lately I feel wrecked and cant do much in the gym. I had being doing 5k on the treadmill in about 21 minutes now I'm lucky to run 2 or 3. Does anyone have any advice on supplements or anything I could do.

Sounds like your burn't out a bit. ease off on the amount of training you do for a week or so and recharge the battaries so to speak! Supplements probably wouldn't do any harm either, and a checkup at the docter to be on the safe side!

    Thats my opinion anyway!

Defo sounds like the onset of overtraining. Ease off before it becomes flown blown overtraining.
