    I am 19 ,88Kgs and 6 ft 2 I am small bit of a belly and I want to tone it up and build up my chest a bit more.I have being goin to the gym for the last week and a half for bout 2 hours , I do treadmil then bike and then do rowing machine then go on to the pex deck and the bench press.

    Just wondering what machines should i really concentrae on ? I go 4 days a week .
