    I've never been on a diet before, or even eaten healthy for that matter so I could really use some pointers.

    To save me writing it all out again I'll just link ye to my journal --> here <-- where it tells you exactly what I'm doing/trying to do.

    I just want to start being a bit more healthy really. I'm hoping that my extra weight will sort of go away as long as I eat healthy and excercise a bit. I don't want to be skinny or big and muscley or anything just less fat and more tone really.

    Comment here or on the journal, I'll be checking both so it doesn't matter.
