    hey all just looking for info on any preparation i should be taking before my bleep/beep text tomorrow @ 8.00 pm

    an suggestions will be much appreciated! ill let ye know how i got on too

    i got to level 11 and 3 shuttles! thought id get to level 12 ! ill have to work that small bit harder for the end of july!

    A vo2 max of approx 51, congrats, thats quite high, actually *checks tables* presuming your under 30 it comes in as "excellent".
