I think its that time again, haven't seen one in ages, and i've been on for the last good while. Show us your desktops!!! summer time

Here's mine.. Desktop (JPG - 304k)

Surprisingly i still have the same desktop as I had from the last desktop thread. Guess it shows how much I like my current one.

Still stuck on a ****ty 15" monitor tho till i get some spare cash to repair my 19"

How on earth do you get a pic of your entire desktop up?! Mine isn't very exciting. Here's the little picture I have in the middle of the black background anyway:

on your keyboard, hit Print Screen. this captures the screen and
holds it in the clipboard. then open any graphics program, paste
from the clipboard, and save, preferably as a *.jpg

yup, ya can do the same job through most graphics programs screen capture, gives the thumbs up for Paint Shop Pro for everyfink.

i like the stats on the right of the page, what ya using for them, sysmetrix? ya skin it yourself? nice invisible winamp too? works very well i think. and motherboard monitor on the bottom right? very nice indeed.

What program are you using for your desktop Gideon?
Usually programs like those lag the hell out of games etc, thats why i use StyleXP, its pretty much 0% CPU usage when you look at it in CTRL+ALT+DEL (WinXP)

using win2k pro, i really didn't like winxp when i was using it.

I'm using Talisman with it, it doesn't use any cpu for me but uses 7984k mem which i don't really mind. The biggest hog of anything on my computer is mozilla but its well worth it and thats cos i have the quick start thing enabled. Can always close them if i'm playing games but generally don't notice any difference. Only really do that for compiling crap.

Don't be stupid WoolyMammoth, you hit print screen on your keyboard, open MS Paint, save the image as bitmap (*.bmp) and then link the image directly into your post. None of this attatched image crap.
