Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Was anyone else tempted to put in a load of Irish or UK cities hoping that others wouldn't read the no Ireland or UK cities?

There were a few who didn't read it :D

Is 47 a new record for participants in one game?

It's definitely the highest since I started down this rabbit hole anyway

sullivlo ran a Geography based one in 2019 that had 41 players.

EN surpassed that with his Advent Calendar sheep this year - 43 players.

But yep, I think this is the highest number

No idea, but it is a massive game :D

There's one answer worth 42pts, and a couple in the high 30s. Missing those will be very costly...

Kathleen is a bit of a swinger. And so are you, 25th key from the bowl grabber!

Which means in my alternative scoring board that kathleens score for question 25 will be added to your pairs score.

Exactly, glad someone's paying attention :p

On my phone now, won't be on a computer until 9pm. I can start the hype though!

For A (if my memory is correct) we had 10 different answers, of which 5 aced

For each question I have four answers pictured, you can see how many you recognise (after A they won't be labelled :p)

    (it's not always this easy!)

Top left is Athens of course.
It was obviously my first thought, but didn't feel confident that it would be a sheep, so I went for the one I think is on the bottom left.

Which I think is what I also went for, assuming that is a picture of where I think it is.

Let’s start from the beginning. Deep breath....

Today I was bored and thought about pairs sheep then Shelly reminded us about teams sheep before but trigger forgot he was part of the south London massive so I randomised the 42 players and put into pairs then more came along making an odd 47 which wouldn’t work and necro said Kathleen gets about a bit and she never denied it so everyone is using Kathleen tonight well the first 26 anyway and her points for the question number you have her for will be added to your teams final score.

    and breathe.

I don't think that this will go well for me. I can't believe that I couldn't think of Athens :o
