Am I being throttled?
When I do an ookla Speedtest, it starts off nice and fast (35mb) but quickly drops to around 4mb and stays there. Is that a sign my provider (eir mobile broadband) is throttling me?

They're giving high burst priority. Its a good thing, it makes browsing responsive. Also slows continuous transfers.
