30N concrete mix

Hi, Can someone tell me the mix quantities for 30N concrete in kg/m3 please if it wouldn't be too much trouble. What's the correct mix ratio? I'm seeing various ratios about the internet (usually around the 1:2:4) but also a vastly different boards post which has the opposite c:s at 1:0.5:2 Many thanks!
