Ryanair still has not cancelled flights to Spain (at least my flight), but I cannot go there anywhere because of the lockdown by Spanish authorities.
Since the flight has not been officially cancelled, I cannot request a full refund (no such option on their site).
Instead, I can only re-book it to a different desitination/date, with no re-booking fee (but will still charge me extra for luggage re-booking...).
Any idea on how to proceed?
Ideally, I would like a full refund, but I am afraid that if I don't re-book my flight & if it's not cancelled, I will get nothing OR the dispute might take months before it's resolved....
I've tried calling them or chatting on their site, but no replies so far...
Anyone in a similar position?
