I know that the FAI and the IRFU are jointly paying off the loans associated with it but after it's been paid off who will actually own the stadium?

Will it be owned jointly by the two associations or will the IRFU own it outright?

60 year lease which the irfu and fai have joint control , when lease is up irfu will have exclusive ownership .

Yep, this being considered the lifetime of the stadium before it gets demolished.

All the land is still in ownership of the IRFU so the FAI are basically still renting. Though don't expect Delaney to hear talking like that.
