I have downloaded ros offline application to my laptop, but when I try to open a new form i get the following error - 'An internal error has occured. Form cannot be displayed'
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application but same problem everytime.... any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ive had problems with ROS Offline in the past and the lads who answer the helpline were great. Might be worth giving them a call.

I think you have to download javascript but as DoMyBooks said the ROS guys will guide you through this.

I am getting the same error when I'm using my laptop. Ros offline support team could not fix this issue so I have just stopped using my laptop. Not happy with the support from Revenue.

Don't complaint at the Revenue...FILE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AT THE OMBUDSMAN...THAT MIGHT HELP MAYBE

The Ombudsman won't entertain complaints that haven't first gone through the complaints procedure of the public service body involved.

Incidentally, what synaptic short circuit led you to re-activate a 10 year old thread?
