Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Very cool. I think this is probably better suited to the building and upgrading forum so I'm gonna move it there. Mods in B&U, feel free to move it back and I'll make it appropriately visible.

Dunno if it was posted already, but saw this on Maximum PC a while ago, might be of interest.

Oddly lacking in USB ports up there...

    Ports (female):
    USB Type B
    USB-Bf.jpg

    USB Type Mini-B
    USB-mAf.jpg

USB Type Micro-B (female and male)
    USB-uB.jpg

Type Mini-A and Micro-A are now very rare and there aren't many good images for them. Type Micro-B ports are rarely found except on extension cords and the sending peripheral; adaptor cables are used almost ubiquitously to connect to a PC. Another rarity are Powered USB (or Power-Over-USB) ports; again no image yet.
