There is somebody there from about 08:30 so if it a emergency postpost you need for a flight the same day they will get you in if not I'd say get there for 09:00 because there is going to be a fecking large queue

nah, there's not really an queues in the passport office this time of year, I was in there in November and was only there about 20 mins, and then when I went back to collect passport I was the only person there.
