Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Are these used in the mcts exams?

Yes, depends on the exam.. MCTS SQL Server 2005 uses simulations and multiple choice. MCITP: DBA SQL 2005 uses testlets and multiple choice

Where do you find out which question types are involved in a particular exam?
Personally I am intending to do the certification for .net web development, so I am interested in exams 70-536 and 70-528. I'm guessing these will be pretty much limited to multiple-choice questions because they relatively basic compared to some of the certifications?

You dont unfortunately, they dont tell until you start the exam.

For both of the .NET exams you are going for, its straight multiple choice, either in the choose 1, choose X or the choose all that apply type.

No sims anyways, and I am fairly sure there are no testlets in them as far as I remember
