Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Thanks Myksyk and all, great photos again this week.

This is one of the benefits of living in Cork city! Followed this otter going about its business around the city on a busy Saturday morning. The location of this shot was more or less outside the Gate Cinema at about 11am and the otter had just finished off half an eel and a fish. Shot with a 200-500 Nikon zoom and cropped a bit, the raw was quite noisy at iso 4000 but using Google Nik Lightroom plugins (Dfine2 & Colour EffexPro4 detail extractor) I got a usable image. Would have been nice to get some still water for the reflection but at least the Autumn leaf was a bit of luck.
