Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

fridge freezer not cold

Having issues with bosch fridge freezer. there was initially a buzzing nice coming from it which was loud enough. plugged it out and back in and the buzzing has stopped. the fridge is no longer cold at all. and the freezer section is cool but not freezing like it should. I hear a click every so often which then has another click maybe 5 or 10 seconds later.

fridge is only 6 or 7 years old. not much dust on the coil all up the back of the fridge so don't think that is the issue.

Any ideas what is the problem and will the cost of repairs be high? would it be better off repair or replace?

as its bosch it is probably frost free and most likely the problem is that it has clogged up the evaporator coils with ice, a simple diy is leave it unplugged with doors open for c48 hours and try again if it is back to normal then leave it run and see if the problem returns. if it does the issue is related to defrosting element/sensor, otherwise the door/s wasn't fully closed prior to the problem happening
