Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just came across this app but seems good. It's free for January and €11.99 for the year if you take out a subscription before the end of the month. Think this also includes access to their other apps as well (meditation, HIIT and something else).



    You specify a few parameters like time, type and areas to focus on and it'll generate a session for you. Yes there's loads of yoga programs to follow for free on YouTube. Stick with that if it works for you. I find the streamlining of things worth it.

    Great app, thanks for posting OP.

    I find it really good, extremely customisable, very easy to use.

    They also have a workout app, prenatal yoga, and a barre app.

    Membership applies across all apps
