Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

I have noticed this issue over recent months.

I am on the touch site on chrome on an android phone.

Basically when a 'latest post' is posted and is the first post on a new page of the thread, I am not directed to it. Instead I am taken to the first post of the previous page of the thread.

This sorts itself out when another user posts so that there is a 2nd post on the page.

    Thanks

This happens on the touch site when a post has been deleted.

As this is a technical issue, where we Admins are unlikely to be able to provide a solution or appropriate advice, I've moved the thread here from Help Desk

Hopefully someone from the office will be along when they are back in to have a look at this

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
