I noticed that when you visit the member page of an account that has been closed there are no longer links to

    Find all posts by...
    Find all threads started by...
    Find all posts that quote...

It is just completely blank. Is this by design or is it a bug?

    Hi navi,

Yes, this is a planned change in line with changes to the GDPR process. As we are anonymising accounts on a thread-by-thread basis, we wanted to make it more difficult to tie these usernames together. While posts are not personal data, we are taking all possible measures to make it more difficult to breadcrumb snippets of information together to attempt to identify someone who has submitted an erasure request.

As part of this process, the account is then closed. Unfortunately, there is no way to distinguish between an account that has been closed as a result of the GDPR process and one that has been closed manually, so the latter is also impacted by this change.

Thanks for the explanation Mark. I was looking for some technical posts from a particularly helpful user that has since closed their account. It's a pity that such information is now lost forever.

As things go on Boards will need a more elegant way of handling this.

Currently the "This post has been deleted" posts are not so numerous but all it takes is a few prolific posters to close out and it becomes hard to find the wood among the chaff.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
