Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Spare a thought for us who have to leave our windows open next week....and listen to skangers drinking dutch gold all night. I do like the sun, but god damn I don't think it would put anyone, even the sun lovers out if between 12am and 6am it dropped to 8* C and pished rain for six hours ;)

the one thing that worries me is the wind has changed back to the n.w. this morning there was two different winds blowing one was high up the clowds were barely moving but down on the lower levels the wind was blowing quite strongly, dunno what this means.

In England at the moment, was very warm today, 25.6 in North Bedfordshire.

Temp is up again to 17c from 14c an hour ago .

Looking better from Monday onwards obviously, but even then you shouldn't be expecting the entire country to be cloud free for the rest of the week because that won't happen either.

Ah now, thats not what Evelyn said.

What about our "blocking high" with all the arrows coming out of it on the met eirean infographic. Weren't we supposed to be positively repelling cloud ?

    Again , I reiterate, I hope it doesn't happen.:)

ireland is continuing to try to be heatwave and snow proof but the weather always wins... near 30c this week i would say definitely 27c and 28c 5/1 and 29c 9/1 30c 16/1...at the moment

    I'm not a bookie weathering

Rain continues to fall here in mayo where it will be dull and misty all day despite met dublins prediction of 22c

    I reckon 18 or 19c max

    26 in Leinster

Cracker of a morning in Costa del Waterford.

That it is. Those clouds from yesterday. Have gone to leave nothing but sunshine

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 276 ✭✭Lester Freamon

All the forecasts are fantastic but all mention a risk of coastal cloud and sea fog not lifting.

I'm off for the week down on the coast in west Clare and I've been very excited about getting some beautiful days on the beach. Currently it is very grey and misty here and I'm not too confident about it getting any better :(
