Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello All,

    Currently the Passport Office does not take calls nor doing Webchat currently. Does anyone have the email address for the Passport Office? I can't find it anywhere?

    Forget about it...going to office us the only way if you've time constraints

    Call the Department of Foreign Affairs main number and explain why you need to urgently contact the passport office

    I got through on the web chat last week, although it did take almost an hour of a wait for it to become available.
