    Hey,

I bought an LG OLED TV from you back in December 2018, recently I've noticed a flickering/strobing kind of effect on the left side of the screen, it's not constantly there just seems to happen on certain backgrounds if that makes sense. When it does happen it can be very distracting while watching the TV.

It's still well under warranty and I'm just wondering what the next step is? Is there number or email I've to contact?

    Thanks in advance

Just an update on this. TV was fixed yesterday morning, I only sent the email last Monday evening and I honestly cant get over how quickly and smoothly everything went. Speedy responses, constant updates, absolutely everything was top class. Genuinely one of the best experiences I've had with any company, so thanks to everyone at Richer Sounds and Craigavon Service Centre for your help.

This is probably a stupid question but does the repair affect the warranty? Or is it still good for the full 6 years?
