Add passenger to Ryanair flight

I booked a one way flight to Dublin for myself and two kids and a one way flight back for myself. Their mother was supposed to travel back with them but her travel plans have been cancelled. I'm trying to find a way to change it so the kids come back with me but I don't seem to be able to either add a passenger to my trip…

I'm trying to find a way to change it so the kids come back with me but I don't seem to be able to either add a passenger to my trip or book them on the same flight without an adult on the booking.

Is there anything to stop me booking one of them as an adult on a separate booking or is there some way of changing a booking ?
