Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Inheritance tax on land

    Hi
    I've inherited 70 acres from my dad and when mum's passes will inherit another 70 and house worth 400k.what kind of tax bill am I looking at. I have his tax bill of 116k to settle too. He left shares worth 300k to mum to cover tax and her expenses.
