Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Kitchen Worktop

    Hi,

As soon as allowed, I need to purchase (and have fitted) a new kitchen worktop. I've looked online, but there's nothing like being able to put your hand on something like this before buying.

I would ideally like to find a showroom where I can see not just standard worktops (laminates, I assume), but also some stone/marble etc.

Does anybody know of a showroom in North Dublin where I could see all these in one location.

    Thanks,
    Tommy

    Hi Tommy,
This probably isn't the answer you were looking for but maybe helpful all the same.
My worktop is in need of repair/replacement, too, but no funds at the moment. So I'm using a very large ceramic tile (60cmx30 cm)
to cover and finding it very useful, so much so, that I consider using ceramic tiles when getting a new worktop done. Laminates don't last and stone/marble is quite costly...

IKEA has a variety of kitchen worktops including Quartz, Laminate, and woodwork etc. You can make an online order. However, if you want Dublin based ones only then I can recommend Noyeks. Yes, they have showrooms in the Dublin and Tralee.

I am looking to freshening up my worktop and saw a company that apply a epoxy to give it a quartz like finish.

Anyone aware of providers of a similar type service in the Galway or Limerick region ?
