Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    The Oslo, The Cottage and The Salt House (all Galway) and Against The Grain (Dublin), all have teir first batch of Galway Bay Brewery's Stormy Port Porter and Strange Brew on sale now at €3.75 a pint.

    Second batch of stormy port should be hitting the taps in the near future and having already tasted it, it's even better, lot more flavoursome but the first batch is well worth trying and a very good been in it's own right, so get it before it's gone forever :)

    I was in JC's in Swords on my lunch and noticed they had all O'Hara's range at 4 for €10.

    Think they are also selling Erdinger @ €1.89 a bottle.

    I can't speak for other branches, but the 2 for €3 deal on Old Engine Oil was up and running at Dunnes in Irishtown, Athlone, today. A good price for a very tasty beer.

    not true. some dunnes are bigger and some smaller. balbriggan for instance is very small and i have not seen this offer there

    You're kind of right, not all stores carry the full range. But special offers in dunnes apply to all stores.

    JC's in Swords have Strangford Lough beers for 99c for a 500ml bottle. They have Legbiter, Barelegs Brew and St. Patricks Best. I picked up 2 of each.

    Might try them again at that price as I am only up the road from work.
    I remember a year or so back I didnt like them but my tastes have changed alot since so for 99c It might be worth giving them all 1 more go.

    Not bad value, the signage doesnt say if you can combine the two beers tho .
