Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Workout advice/ I want to be more athletic

Anyone any advice on training to make me more athletic.

I would like to improve my strength speed agility and overall athleticism. I don't want to get bulky and be real stiff. I'd like to train to be athletic.

For starters: I'm joining the gym tomorrow and going to start Cardio hard for few weeks to lose extra lbs.

What type of resistance training should I do ? I'm a qualified fitness instructor but I'm looking for other people's opinions on this I use to do weight training 5-6 days a week but haven't been doing them for the last couple years.

    I'm 5/11
    102 kg
