Can I get roof rails/bars (to facilitate a rack/storage) retrofitted to this Alhambra?

There doesn't seem to be any fixing points or the likes to allow this.

If you you pull down the top of the door rubber is there a slot/hole there for the roof bars to mount to?

Yes, a Seat dealer will almost certainly sell an OEM part, or you could buy a third party version.

Thule stuff is excellent, but can be expensive.

I'll have to check that later, thanks for posting

Thank for the response. One SEAT main dealer I contacted said "The only roof bars that Seat do is the ones with the raised roof rails already on the car. " and pointed me towards Micks Garage for "roof bars that don’t need the raised roof rails.".

But as it stands, there is nothing to attach anything to (but I'll check later as per suggestion from Kil)

Finally got around to checking this and it seems there's nothing there!

Read a bit somewhere that it may be possible, but involves removing the inner lining for the roof etc. to fit brackets etc. sounds like a nightmare!
