Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A charity that takes (unused) bras.

Based in Galway and just done a big clear out. I had a bad habit of picking up bras and buying them without trying them on and then taking the tags off and finding after they sit in my underwear drawer for a year or so unworn that they don't fit.
They are immaculate and in perfect unworn condition and really pretty designs and colours but without the tags.
My question is...is there any charity based around Galway that would be able to use them? I understand as underwear it's different from other types of clothing but I'd hate to just bin them as they are so pretty and may be of use to some women somewhere....

There was a lady in Kerry, maybe last year I think, was collecting bras and donating them to women out foreign in poorer countries. I can pm you some details if u wish.

There are various collections happening nationwide at the moment for items for those in direct provision. I’m sure they would take them. Definitely saw Galway mentioned.

Thanks so much all. I had asked a lady I knew that was involved in a collection for direct provision centers but she was mainly collecting deodorants, feminine hygiene products, soap and shower gels etc so I didn't get the impression she wanted them.
Thanks for the suggestions tho guess il just ask a few girlfriends and see.

Ring some lingerie shops, I've see them collect them before, even if they've been worn.

Some even give a discount if you buy a new one, although Covid might have stopped that for now.
