My friend has accepted a job in Switzerland, she is looking for a quick sale on her home. She approached a company 'Allied Irish Property' who buy property around the country.

Has anyone any experience or information about this company. There is a lack of info and reviews on them but we looked at the UK market where this is common and the reviews are not great about this type of purchaser. For example, dropping the offer by 30 thousand at the last minutes leaving the seller caught between a rock and a hard place.
