Bronze medal in EYOF for Ireland

    Brian O Sullivan of the NAC swim club has just won a bronze medal in the 50 free at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Trabzon with a time of 23.66 seconds!

    I saw that there! That's a monster swim for anybody that age! He showed good progression through the heats/semi's/finals too.

    Also a guy by the name of Kyle Stolk was 5th in the 100m fly for Holland(he's in the younger of the 2 years eligible) - normally I wouldn't have mentioned this but he was, up until this season, a member of the NAC Swim Team, Brian's club. Must be some good set up going on there to be producing swimmers of this quality! Well done NAC Swim Team & Dave
