Indian bride marries guest after her groom suffered an epileptic fit at the wedding.

Apparently she hadn't known about his condition and wasn't happy to be kept in the dark. She then announces she would be happy to marry her sister's brother-in-law.

Groom returns to find his bride has married a guest instead.

A brawl then breaks out with crockery being used as weapons.

If the girl had epilepsy and the man married her sister would there be a big deal made? Arranged doesn't mean forced; the girl should've been stabbed or the new wedding rearranged.
